A few months back (yes i've only just got round to writing this after saving their page on my browser) i was at the post office ready to get my one parcel posted. As i walked in, i noticed a lady with about 35 parcels taking up half of the post office (NISA in broadheath) - clearly doing a business mailout.
I asked her politely if i could just jump ahead of her with my ONE parcel which would take 45 seconds to post. She angrily declined as if it was NORMAL for a business to use a public post office to mail out 35+ parcels. Real companies have their mail collected on their site so that they don't ruin the british public's chances of getting anything posted in the post office.
I had to wait behind her for 25 minutes whilst all her stuff was posted out. I took a look at the return address on one of the parcels and it read 'myembroiderysupplies...'
To me, it's important a local business has a good connection and goodwill to the local community. To run a business like this isn't right.
