8:30am on 20th April 2023. Dangerous driver! Stopped in the middle of a small road without any brake lights or indicators, so I thought it was parked up doing some work on the roadside. I signaled, then tried to overtake it and saw that he was playing with his phone and there was at least 5 car space length in front of him. The driver then started to drive forward and sound his horn, so forced me to get back into my lane, behind him. After the traffic lights, he deliberately drove at 5-10mph on a 30mph road. I sounded my horn and he ignored me, so I saw that there were no cars in front of him and I could overtake if he stayed at 5mph, but as I overtake, he sped up again. Then we came to a roundabout and he turned right without giving way, forcing a car from the right to stop in middle of the roundabout. You should give way to traffic from the right at the roundabout! Either you need to retake your test or stop driving so dangerously. Unfortunately the photo my wife took was not so clear, or I would report you. P.S. dont play with your phone whilst driving and pay attention to traffic.

Totally useless and unorganised, worst dealer we have ever had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with! The service department is a joke, 3 weeks to get an engineer after being told our 4 month old telehandler (supplied by them) was out of warranty?? We purchased 3 years JCB premier cover on all of our JCB telehandlers and today we find out the cover has never been processed and our machines are no longer under warranty. Told by their service department that we need to put 400 onto account before they will even consider sending an engineer! unbelievable service, this company doesn't deserve to be a JCB dealer.

Totally useless at helping anyone with a JCB! Why bother to buy British if they turn their nose up on you as soon as you have a problem! Buy from China, it's the only sensible way. Also, they don't charge you 400.00 for some advice!
