We did have a issue with some items we won that unfortunately was thrown into a skip. Although lots of phone calls and promises of the items being sent they never were. After leaving a bad review the company swiftly got in touch and apologized for the miss understanding and we have at last received the items we won in auction. so thank you for sorting this out.

As with Wine Lovers review I agree these are not really auctions when the items have a reserve. I dont understand why the can't start them at the reserve price so at least you dont feel like your wasting your time but then again in my experience it seems the reserve prices are so high nobody would bother bidding so they rely on "auction fever" . Reading the replies to their reviews its apparent they dont like criticism and anyone who has the audacity to write a bad review is met with sarcasm and called a liar or a drunk ? Then barred ? This is in my opinion is a very unprofessional approach to complaints and shows if you as a customer dont like it then lump it !
