I would just like to say thank you to the young lady on the No7 counter who helped me yesterday. She beautifully matched my skin tone to a foundation and concealer and also helped me with tips to apply my makeup. She was very friendly and knowledgeable and I can honestly say I can't remember the last time I came across a customer facing employee in any industry who was as lovely as she was. She made me feel very comfortable, put me at ease and helped me with exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately I did not get her name but I will definitely be back to see her again. With the qualities that she has, she will definitely go far in any industry.
