Scruffy car park and bins stink. Lots of dumped items including fridges and washing machine inside the complex

Lovely view of canal and wildlife that habitats there. Gated community. Only issue is there are continuous problems with the gates and phone lines.

Only stopped to visit a friend so not much to add really. Grounds seemed nice, was heavy smell of weed in the air.
