Darran replaced our shower processor box. He communicated well, turned up on time and worked quickly and conscientiously. He explained what he was doing and why. I will definatley use him for all our plumbing needs.

Excellent service from Darran as usual. He fitted a kitchen mixer tap replacement that we had sourced and whilst doing that also installed a local isolation valve for the hot water supply. As a result of this work, turning off the hot water isolation valve in the airing cupboard for the first time in years highlighted a leak which he was able to fix with a replacement gate valve two days later. Darran has always been able to offer good advice and service and we will continue to use him for some further improvements that we plan to make in future. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. Darran dealt promptly and professionally with a sudden leak that occurred in our house on a bank holiday and he guided us through what needed to be done to prevent any further water damage. He came round early the following morning to disconnect a faulty water heater and install an isolation valve. Darran was recommended to us and we would certainly pass on the recommendation.
