Proline Drainage

Very efficient and friendly - would recommend. At Easter our drains overflowed without warning. Proline Drainage came over straight away, cleared the drain, flushed it through, and identified the problem using CCTV. We had tree root ingress and joints between pipes were found to be displaced in four places. Following their recommendations, remedial work has now been carried out to clear the roots and line the drains with four silicate patches. Again CCTV was used to check the results and we could see this on screen. Very satisfied.

We had recessed manhole cover that was wedged shut in tray and couldnt be lifted so posted job on Checkatrade for existing tray & cover to be removed and replaced with surface cover for easy access to drains. Dean was only company who contacted me and Im pleased he did. From initial contact Dean was extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and suggested various options to replace cover/tray at a very competitive price. His team Alistair & Gary were prompt, courteous and did an excellent, professional job - they left everything tidy, couldnt have asked for more! First time I have used Proline Drainage and will not use anyone else now so highly recommend them. Thanks Dean, appreciate all your help

We sourced through Proline through Checkatrade. We had rats coming into property and it was likely that they were using the main drain for access. Dean called back straightaway - the only contractor who did - and was clearly knowledgeable and experienced. He gave a clear price structure and kept in touch over the weekend before arriving to do the work. He and his colleague were polite, efficient and kept us informed of what work they had done and what other work they would recommend. I feel very confident that the work has been done to a high standard.

Based on previous customer reviews I contacted this local company based near Horsham (West Sussex) through the check-a-trade website and spoke with Dean. I explained the issue concerning a blocked sewer at my home address and he immediately provided a no nonsense quote over the phone. Available the same day, the work was agreed and Dean arrived on time and managed to complete the task within one hour. The stages of the task were explained to me and Dean even examined the pipeline with specialist camera equipment to identify any further potential issues. Overall Pro-line has provided a professional, courteous service at the agreed price with no hidden extra costs or a call out fee. I would certainly recommend this company to local contacts of mine in future, should anyone I know require such services.
