        Received multiple quotes through MyEnergi for a Zappi and Harvi install, and Alan understood exactly what I was after and his Google reviews were excellent so I went with him. He organised an upgrade of my main supply via the DNO and then arrived as planned to do the install. He worked around my need to attend an online meeting by doing things in a different order so as not to interrupt the power supply. Install done efficiently, excellent training on how to use it and gave a good clean afterwards. I would highly recommend Alan, he will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy.         Alan did a brilliant job for us in installing a new in line extractor fan and ducting to replace an existing one which wasnt working causing damp problems in our bathroom. He was very professional and made good suggestions for how to improve the installation to minimise the chances of future problems and the overall effectiveness of the fan. So far everything is working very well and has made a big improvement in our bathroom. Service: Fan installation

        Newcroft Electrics (Alan) was one of several companies to give us a quote, via the myenergi website, for supplying & installing a Zappi EV charger. This particular charger seemed best as we already have solar voltaic panels. Alan was very professional and quick to respond to queries from the moment of first contact to installation, and the charger was installed neatly and with virtually no disruption to our household. During installation Alan found a piece of dubious wiring in our garage and made it safe that day, but also discovered an issue with our main supplys earth cable, which he sorted out another day, at a reasonable cost. Weve yet to test the charger as were still awaiting delivery of the new car, but know that if there is any issue, we can contact Alan. We'd thoroughly recommend Newcroft Electrics A* service, supporting a local small business. Service: Electric car charger installation
