Quick and easily managed got an appointment on the same day. The staff was very helpful with advice on travels and medical.

I normally never leave reviews, but I wanted to say that my experience at Nomad was fantastic! I appreciated that they helped me research which vaccines were necessary for my travel, and they didnt push me into any of the optional ones. Overall, highly recommend!

Avoid this company. Terrible communication and customer service. Were unable to provide the vaccine service I had booked and didn't tell me in advance or give me the opportunity to reschedule. Receptionist lied, saying she had called me the day before, when in fact she called me 20 mins before the appointment.

We are standing outside the closed Turnpike Lane shop where we are supposed to be having our appt. Its been cancelled despite email confirmation yesterday that it was going ahead. Weve had to phone them & no offer of an alternative appt at one of the other London clinics. Didnt take day off to sit in a Costa. On the plus side they sent the complaints form very quickly - guess its not that unusual!
