What a morning, I called Tatvasoft UK at 8.30am to dicuss an APP development project and the conversation went south from the very beginning. Nishtha Singh (I assume - as she is listed as the only contact on their website), the UK director, answered the call. I asked her name so that I could address her properly to which she declined and proceed to bash me by asking who I am and why do I want to know her name. I asked her if that is the way she speaks to all her potential clients to which she became defensive (still no apology at this stage knowing I was a potential client) and said that I could be scam calling her (even after informing her about my call for a quote, she still banged on about it scam calls) I informed her that I called on the business number so she should know that it was a business call. She once again made excuses about not being open for another 30 min (Ironically she answered the call knowing full well that they aren't open - which i highlighted to her) She was quick on firing out excuses - which was that the business line diverted to her personal mobile (again i had to inform her that if she can't be professional or keep business and pleasure separate, why do you mix them up and offer a bad experience) She did try poorly to see if she could salvage what she so expertly destroyed and when I told her that all I want was an apology for being spoken to so rudely she said and I quote "if you want me to apologise" The ethical thing to have done is apologised and explained herself but she continued to deny that she was wrong. I'm just letting all future clients know what to expect when dealing with this company.
