I can't recommend Clarus Education highly enough, both as a customer school and as a SENCo looking for a job. As a customer school looking for staff I felt our requirements were really taken on board and fully met, as Clarus consistently supplied the high quality and appropriately experienced teaching assistants we had requested. As a SENCo looking for work, I had just as exceptional an experience. Chloe Johnson took on board what I told her I was looking for, and within a very short period of time had found the perfect role for me.
