I had 16 therapy sessions with Dr Shomsi Khanom, and would fully recommend her. We have worked on my attachment style, and I am extremely satisfied with the progress I made under her guidance and supervision.

I was under Dr. Shomsi Khanom's care for nearly 8 months and met her at an especially tough period in my life. Shomsi first helped me with my immediate concerns and got me back on my feet with her kindness, support and compassion. After this, she switched to more long term focussed work, challenging my perspective and behaviours. We analysed how my past life impacted my current behaviour and she taught me several techniques which I will continue using in my day to day life. I have learned so much about myself in the last year. I feel much more resilient and have far stronger relationships. Even friends and family have noticed the marked difference. Absolutely great experience with Dr. Shomsi. She not only helped me getting out of a difficult period but also provided me with the tools to deal with potential future difficulties. I'd recommend anyone to seek treatment even if you don't consider your condition to be too critical. The sooner you address any problem the easier and quicker it will be to overcome it. And there's absolutely nothing wrong in seeking help, quite the opposite. Thank you for your support!
