Oaksure Property Services

I lived in one of their guardianships for around 6 months before finding out I was pregnant and therefore evicted (as it says on their licensing agreement, no issues there) but 3 months forward, Ive still not received my deposit back after it being promised back to me in a matter of weeks. They ignore emails, dont answer phone calls and if/when you get through to them Im only ever met with excuses or promises the right person will get back in contact with me, which never happens. I dont know why Im surprised, whilst living there any maintenance jobs would take ages to be seen to after multiple emails from us and often things were only temporarily fixed leading to further issues. I was charged an unexpected and un agreed bill whilst living there too which after a month of complaining was promised back to meobviously Ive still not seen that money back either. Im now taking to a public bad review as that seems to be the only way to get anyones attention at this company, sadly. Living in a guardianship is a great way of living, but please, go with a different company if you wish to be dealt with fairly.

Oaksure are great, they're really helpful, professional and nice to work with. I've been a guardian with them for over a year, and it's been a great experience. The room is reasonably priced and spacious, plus the location is central which is fantastic. I get to live with some really cool people :) The property types they manage tend to vary which is nice and adds to it's unique charm. The management team are amazing always really friendly and supportive. The property manager makes you feel right at home, I'm very grateful for you guys thanks Oaksure.

If your looking to live in excellent locations across London and the Uk for a great price look no further than Oaksure. The other guardians and staff have been very welcoming and understanding to pretty much everything. You'll meet some great people, very creative and open environment. Special thanks to the Guardian Manger who is a fantastic bridge between the company and its guardians.

First time guardian, recently moved into an Oaksure property in central London. Benjamin, our manager was the reason I chose Oaksure vs another property management company. He's such a helpful person and has made my transition into becoming a guardian so smooth. The people on my floor are really friendly and we sometimes have dinner and movie nights together. Would recommend!

I heard bad stories about living as a property guardian, and I wasnt sure after viewing a property if I would want to live that way. One has to have a bit of phantasy and see it in the condition it can possibly have, and so I moved in and made it my home and I very much liked it to be able again to decide on my own furniture. More and more people moved in and we became a diverse community of likeminded and not so likeminded people, but very harmonious with each other. Here in our community we tend to be there for each other and help each other out. Oaksure is a great company to be a guardian for, if there is an issue with the building, maintenance is swiftly attending and solving the problem, the guardian manager (Benjamin) is caring and attentive, which is important, as it gives you a feeling of being recognised as a human being rather then just the person who pays the rent, and solves any occurring problem promptly as well.
