    Joe has seen me through various issues brought on through a combination of weak posture and lack of control in heavy weighted movements. Together we've worked through a shoulder impingement with 100% full mobility recovery by focusing on strict scapular control through ring rows, floor press, assisted pull ups etc. Joes intimate knowledge of sports and exercise meant that he could adjust my movements on snatches, cleans and presses as well. Instead of just being told to stop doing the movements that aggravate injuries, Im being actively assisted and trained to do the movements in a controlled and pain-free manner.
