Anglo French Law

I was nervous for a while because this company can be very, very slow to respond. This is apparently due to french holidays and the pandemic so I have amended my previous review to take this into account. They now seem to be pushing the process along for me which I appreciate. It's taken a very long time to sort my mum's estate and it's still an ongoing process. I'm hoping with time this will be resolved but it's been quite emotionally draining for me. I hope Anglo French Law will get everything completed for me soon so me and my sister can put this behind us.

I used Anglo French Law to deal with my mothers complex estate when she passed as she lived in France but was a UK national. The care and professionalism I received from Scott and the team was outstanding and they helped me through every step of the way and minimised the hassle as much as possible. I can wholeheartedly recommend Anglo French Law and their services!

I cannot recommend AngloFrench Law more highly, they are amazing! If you are buying a house in France their fixed fee is worth its weight in gold! Dont believe the chat that you just need a notaire, that is rubbish! These guys are professional, helpful and above all else on your side! On a personal note I would just like to thank Marcel as without him Im not sure I would own my lovely French dream now!

After initial discussion with Marcel in August 2020 and making a payment for their services the work progressed. However since the start of this year contact has been very sporadic and virtually non-existent. I have left numerous messages with threats of going elsewhere, still no response. In desperation I contacted the Law Society in August 2021 to ask for their advice. I relayed this message to Anglo French Law and to my astonishment I was contacted by Marcel within 10 minutes!! With various excuses as to why they hadn't contacted me and how sorry he was. Hopefully this will help others who are struggling with them .

I initially found Marcel to be extremely helpful. However, today is 8th August 2021 and my last contact with him was on 24th April 2021, 3 and a half months ago. I have phoned and left messages on 16/05/21, 21/05/21, 09/06/21, 18/06/21, 30/06/21, 07/07/21 and 23/07/21, and emailed on 16/05/21, 14/06/21 and 23/07/21 and no-one has returned any of these calls or replied to any of these emails. PLEASE CAN SOMEONE CALL ME BACK!
