        My experience with PLS has been a mixed one. The majority of the time has been standard with this company, the actual customer service has been fantastic. The times Ive had to ring them and theyve answered all my questions is five star service. Theyve been wonderful. However, they were chasing and expecting my signatures on documents they hadnt sent out therefore I hadnt even received. I felt as though I had to chase them occasionally. Reasonably priced from our experience too.
