Room is only cleaned every other day
Heating is not switched on until November in all cityspace London
No toilet paper in the loo is normal ???
Rubbish bags should just be left in the hallway.
Lucca and other workers did good service.
But City space Hires Toxic people in Management to lie to customers and dodge doing the most basic work....like clean the space, change the bins, give me a new rubbish bag (since he asked me to change the bin myself!).
This kind of "we can't be bothered. We don't care" attitude spoils good location and easy no fuss space. I find this place so convenient but the Management is the MOST unprofessional Ive ever seen ...
Ironic that a good easy service with great location is screwed up by awful toxic staff like Phillipo . How about you hire more Luccas and LESS Philippos?
