I have visited MCAN two times for 5 different surgeries - bichectomy, thigh lift, arm lift, breast implants and rhinoplasty with Dr Dogan and every time I have had an outstanding experience with amazing results. The nurses are so friendly and caring, and really professional. Also, they answer your calls at all hours and offer help whenever they can. I also had a really fun time in Istanbul and all the organisation and planning was perfect. Compared to other medical tourism companies they are much better organised. Couldnt recommend enough!

I had my hair transplant successfully done from Longevita and they had given me a fantastic deal for Rhinoplasty. It was my biggest mistake to get carried away with the reviews on Mcan and I decided to go with Mcan at a more expensive quote. Longevita were very busy and didn't have my choice of date available for the surgery. I am not surprised why Mcan had all the dates available for the surgery and they offered me my choice of date. They quoted in Euros and charged higher exchange rate in Turkey to rip me off. Other company was honest and collected the cost at a fair exchange rate in the UK only. Longevita's quote was far cheaper and included all the medicine cost whereas Mcan again ripped me off and overcharged for the medicines in Turkey. I would not have regretted if surgery was successful. Dr Aykut performed surgery with none results. Mcan is asking me to contact Doctor direct to sort out their mess. They even offered another surgery at an additional cost. Dr Aykut is not responding. I shall not comment on how this company got these positive reviews but I wish you all the best if you choose to go with them. I am totally disgusted and aghast with Mcan's incompetency.
