        Clare was brilliant. I'm self-employed, which can make it really hard to get a mortgage. She scoured the entire market to find me the right deal for my circumstances, and was great at explaining the different options. She's also super-responsive, on email or phone. Clare was super helpful when it looked like I wouldn't be able to complete in time, exploring alternatives for me and crunching the numbers. I haven't dealt with the other people in the team, so I can't speak for them, but if they're half as good as Clare, you're in safe hands.
