I got the Farmer Chicken. A good portion. The chicken itself was well seasoned, a little overcooked, but forgivably so for a fast food chain. The veggies were very much on the al dente side, but I don't mind that. The rice could have done with a little bit of salt, but salt was available if I wanted to season it myself I don't think any of the elements were done badly, my main issue is that the dish just seems a little ill conceived. It begged for a sauce/gravy. a plain chicken breast with some steamed veg on a bed of white rice just doesn't work. Do I feel like I have eaten a clean dish, yes, but was it tasty, not especially. For 9, it is more expensive than the surrounding chains, and given it was empty when every other restaurant was brimming, I can't be alone in thinking that these guys are a pound and some sauce away from a nice concept I would return to.
