They have always been very supportive and very friendly, we can talk to all levels of staff right up to the CEO, and they all are aware of our business and willing to help and advise us whenever we need it. We were very pleased to cement this relationship further this year when Leumi were able to give us support with a CBILs Loan. I would have no hesitation in recommending Bank Leumi to anyone.

        Worst customer service I've ever experienced! They actually make me feel like they are doing me a favour I'm their customer. VERY high commissions on almost every simple action. Patronising attitude and rudeness. Make sure your money is protected elsewhere.
