        Emily is a fantastic Pilates coach. Her knowledge of anatomy and how to work with different people with differing needs and capabilities is amazing. I have had lots of injuries over the years with various sports and activities and Emily has been able to assist greatly with pain relief and building core strength. Her sessions are fun and engaging.
