So impressed with the product and customer service. I bought Heliosa 77 - 2KW and I enjoy sitting in garden every nite. Warm and stylish. Added to the decor of my garden.

Helpful and friendly advice given when I first enquired. The heater is amazing!! The 2kw one is perfect for Covid-inspired 'garden evenings of 6'. Inside the house I haven't had to put the main central heating on yet either - just switch on the sunswitch and one room is comfortable almost instantly. It really is very good. I thought the stand was a bit pricey, but the finish is very good and it is very sturdy (essential for its height).

Excellent customer service. All questions answered considerately, politely and expertly. Gave impartial advice without trying to sell the costlier products. Lisa, who supported me with my queries for two days, went out of the way to help me identify the right solution for my needs. Truly happy with the support Ive received and will recommend SunSwitch without hesitation for their customer service. Placed the order yesterday and havent received the heaters yet but will post a review on the heaters once Ive used them for a few days.

Brilliant product! even better customer service! bought 2 heaters for my garden however when they arrived I discovered that one was powerful enough to heat my garden!! where as previously I've had to have 2. Phoned up not sure of the woman's name I spoke to, but very helpful and pleasant to speak too! more than happy to have the extra heater returned for a full refund! have recommended them to a friend who is looking for a similar product and would highly recommend them to everyone else!
