I wanted to say how much we appreciated the way Connie, the practice nurse we were offered an appointment for further blood tests with, treated my Mum who was somewhat bruised and battered after a week in the Conquest, having various tests/diagnoses made. She was kind, thoughtful and compassionate, took the trouble not to bruise her delicate skin further and made us both feel far more confident, after what was a bit of a 'rollercoaster' of an experience with Mum's serious illness
