Paul responded quickly to a request I put out for quotes and gave me a very reasonable price. He said they could come the following morning to remove a two trees that were overgrown. They turned up on time and did exactly what they said they would. Very tidy and the tree was gone before I knew it. Would highly recommend.

Perfect service. Paul made quick response to request for quote on reduction of a large Garden Silver Birch. Advised date - turned up on time- liaised with us on shape and amount of reduction - made very satisfactory and excellent job of tree work - plus a couple of extra bits of tree work which we needed - then cleared away all mess, chipping up cuttings and taken away. I would thoroughly recommend Elite Tree Surgery.

They did a good job for me four years ago so when I needed further tree work doing I called them again. Paul came and gave me a price that I was happy with and a date was booked for them to do the work. They confirmed the day before but on the day nobody turned up and I waited in two days with no contact from them. About five days later I was called and given some story about phone problems. Another date was made but once again they never turned up and I have had no contact from them since, in spite of trying several times to make contact. There are plenty of other tree surgeons who will turn up as arranged and I would suggest using one of them rather than waiting for this lot not to turn up.
