Avoid them at all cost. I bought a BMW from them for 11k end of September which I was told was in a great shape and had 43k miles. Now its April, I could use the car for 7k miles for about 1,5 month. Throttle body had to be changed, ECU had to be changed, rear tyres were dangerous. Wonder why they do their own MOT And guess what, now the engine has a random missfire which is a mystery for two different garages and cannot figure.. The car cost me 3k since I bought it and I still cannot use it. I guess now all this explains why they aggressively pushed me for positive online reviews after I owned the car for 3 days 1 star isnt reflective of their service

I'd definitely recommend McCarthy Cars for their excellent customer service on the phone and when we visited to test drive the car. We queried miscellaneous issues on the car and they were able ro remedy this and having the car deliverred was a bonus."
