Lucky Dale Cars

I will let you all to decide if our review is fair or not. We to collect a 42K+ car and they didnt bothered to wash It and it was advertised as excellent condition but i found 3 major scratches and scuffed wheel rims. The dealers reply was to us that's excellent condition. We had already paid for the vehicle and had asked him to check it to make sure i wouldn't be disappointed before we came. He did nothing and I left the car their extremely unhappy on top of all they all wasted our time and started giving foolish justification instead of just getting the deal done and simply get the car washed . The dealer offered no solution for us, so you can decide if this is what you expect or not. Please save your time and money highly suggested to keep away from them @ just a stress dealers not car dealers

We have purchased x2 vehicles from Lucky Dale now, had the car delivered to my house and gave a very good price on a part exchange. Great customer service and communication, they came out after business hours to my house house as I work late during the week and they had all the finance, paperwork, service history and new MOT certificate sorted. All in all very efficient.
