DFS Croydon

Turning to be a stressful time dealing (ongoing) with Customer service after an amendment to an order. It has taken 3 months and multiple phone calls to fix something that should be DFS teams workflow. Unfortunately the experience superseeds anything good I can say about the store and products

I would not even give DFS a 1 star review. I am absolutely disappointed. Firstly, we had to keep chasing DFS about our order. We found out that they didnt even put the order for our mattress through. Then when it came to our sofa, we were told that the arms were removable for easy access. When the delivery team arrived, they tried multiple attempts and said that I dont know why the sales team sell this to you and say that the arms are removable. They sold you the one that gave high commission. Furthermore, when asked about compensation, they said they could not give us anything unless we took the order, which in my opinion, is more of a bribe than a compensation. This is all happened over a 2 month period. Absolutely frustrated and wont be recommending DFS to any of our friends and family.
