Lauren Huddleston - HML I am not going to entertain this any longer Is not an acceptable answer to something I have been continuously chasing and asking? extremely poor /unhelpful / rude comments, & lack of contact. Completely unacceptable High service fees and lack of support You are our main contact and this is your job? Poor service

Never reply to emails, they see it as an inconvenience when needing to sort out a very important issue, things stay un-repaired for ages and they dont value the safety of residents by understanding that they need to install proper CCTV. I have multiple examples of this.

No compassion!! charged me 96 for not changing standing order by 10, Explained to them my mother had Just passed away and I would not be able to sort there and then. No mention of charge on the telephone call, Just said that`s fine. I Changed it within a month Surprisingly they don`t record their phone calls.I will be speaking with the financial ombudsman. Any contractors looking to deal with this company beware. Stealth charges

Useless and actively hostile, avoid their properties as they'll just try and find excuses to fine you and charge endlessly. And don't bother asking for support, even basic things like providing keys etc are beyond them.

Put it this way hml shouldnt be allowed to manage premises there incompetent and the money u pay doesnt go back into the propertys
