        SHAME ON YOU GOLRIZ!!!! I purchased a package as a christening gift. We have tried to make an appointment for over a week. No one answers the the phone! I see now why you reminded me several times that there were no refunds on gift packages. I honestly wish I'd gone to someone more professional. AVOID THESE PEOPLE!

        Good Photography "B-U-T" very delayed service and the backoffice is horrible. Made multiple spelling/alighnment mistakes for my daughter's picture. Photograph take in March 2014 and finally getting the poster of right size, spellings and alignment in September 2014. :-( So if you ask me whether I will recommend somebody to it... I would steer clear from it in future. Though staff at this store is very helpful and understanding but then speed of the delivery, backoffice support is horrible.

        Noticed that they only text polite reminders to advise of a due appointment but none when you have the FREE picture to collect...Customer Service should be continuous. Kindly review your procedures.
