We considered another nursery in the area prior to choosing Keeley's and the difference was like night and day. Compared to the other "zoo", Keeley's is clean and modern, and the rooms are big giving kids lots of room to play. My baby has been attending Keeley's for six months now and we are all very happy with the service they provide. The staff are great, the food seems diverse and nutritious, and they give regular updates via an app. They are also very understanding in terms of sudden illness and/or change of plans, which unfortunately has marked our first months at the nursery! The only downsides are the location (the streets around can be a bit restless it being Croydon, but the entrance to the nursery is secure as you need to be buzzed in) and their outside/garden space is rather small.

I am very happy with Keeley's Nursery. My son goes to nursery with smile and excitement on his face and that's what matters the most. Staff is always very friendly and helpful.

After we moved to Croydon, we sent our daughter to Keeley's, but she was so unhappy there that we decided to pull her out after one week of her being there full time (after the settling in period). Rarely greeted our daughter by name when we dropped her off, and staff seemed irritated & burned out during pick-ups. Found staff to be very unfriendly and inexperienced when it came to settling children--very quick to blame unhappiness on teething. Our daughter has attended 3 other nurseries both before and after Keeley's, and she's always settled in just fine and been very happy. Keeley's was the one exception, and the more nurseries we've seen, the more convinced we are that Keeley's is a nursery we would never recommend to others. By the way, tiny outdoor space. The only reason I didn't give it 1 star is because the indoor facilities are actually quite nice and spacious.
