The most rubbish nursery ever!!! Staff not professional and trained to look after children. Staff speak to parents rudely. I walked in once and saw a staff shouting at the kids in a room (management will not listen so I didnt report). Never willing to compromise with parents on the needs your child, all they care about is money. Horrible place. My child started loosing confidence because of a staff looking after her and not treating her nice. Dont take your child there!!

So i wrote to the nursery about enrolling my daughter, they was excited to call me back as they got back to me soo quick but once i mentioned for funded hours they never called back was ignoring or being slow about emails i sent twice. I called quite a few time but was too busy to get back to me but strung me along in the first call saying there is spaces and they do take funded hours. It took nearly a week and a half of constantly ringing and back and forth and filling out forms for them to eventually say I gotta pay 130 something a week for my daughter to get her funded hours aswell as 50 registration fee. Which i was told not to pay the registration fee if using funded hours by the manager then some woman called dharshi said i would (which i know is not true by the council childcare page). I called and sooke to dharshi who made free 15 hours im entitled to into a money scheme. The government brought the 15 hours or 30 hours funding to help struggling parents out. Thissssss nursery or woman has turned that help that is given to stuggling parents back into a money making scheme. I was disgusted tbh. 15 hours funding is freee dont let this nursery tell you got to pay 134 a week in order to be able to use it.

I can highly recommend Banana Moon! My daughter started when she was 1 in the baby room (after trying another nursery which wasn't a patch on Banana Moon), went on to the toddler room and she's now 3.5 in pre-school, my son is 1 and he has just started. The staff are so kind, caring and knowledgeable, each child has a key worker and you're updated throughout the day via an app with pics & info, the chef is excellent & the children have fresh food throughout the day. Most importantly - my children are very happy there, have made great friends & I feel safe that they are in the best hands.
