Over the years this shop has been our go to for all our baby essentials: prams (including spare parts), car seats, high chairs. The staff are very knowledgeable and always go a step further to provide reliable customer service. I always recommend Baby Nest to friends.

Fantastic experience. Esson really knows his stuff! After reading droves of pram reviews and having been to mamma's and pappa's and John lewis already, he was able to guide us on which pram would best suit our needs. Not pushy in the slightest, easy to order, got a cheeky price match and offered for us to pop in any time after our purchase if we need help. Lovely family run business. Thank you!

These lot know their onions! Forget A3 Baby Barn and Incar safety centre Rayleigh, its all about Baby Nest! I just bought a Cybex Cloud Z2 today 23/2/23, all fitted perfectly! Thank you all, great service & great knowledge! Doug

Service is amazing brought I candy pram in stock and they even made it up. Thanks for make my daughter very happy. Knock spots of John Lewis in price and service.

I highly recommend Baby Nest! Every staff member is incredibly knowledgeable and they have a great range of products. We bought our travel pram system and high chair, all at very reasonable and competitive prices. Our baby arrived early and we didnt get chance to fit the car seat/base with them beforehand, so went to the store at our earliest opportunity. They were so helpful with readjusting the base and continuing to provide further tips and advice on how to use the car seat/pram.
