Im very grateful for the help I have received from two ladies in this store ( Jenny and Milly). Lovely customer service, they also spent time to set up my new phone so I appreciate everything they have done for me. Im a happy customer.

These people are too political about serving the people .They can very well help the customers for anything, anytime but they are fussy about their services. In fact the services I get online store are great and staff online are always working hard to ensure problems are solved.Always willing and nothing is a burden or problems for them. If they cannot do face to face, they recommend to visit the nearby stores. I took time off from work just to be in the store online before 7 00pm closing time and yet they refused to help me with my new phone I bought from 3 online store. I am a loyal long standing customer but 3 store in Croydon don't make the efforts to help.
