Asif and Nick have been wonderful helping us in the early stages of our renovation. They take care to explain everything clearly and always keep in contact to ensure we are happy with the process. We've just completed the C&F stage where they take us through a rough guide of what our project will look like. Even though it is a very preliminary stage, I still found it quite detailed and helpful in understanding what is to come in the next stages. So far I am very happy with the care we've been shown and the enthusiasm they have for our project.

From the outset of the project and throughout, a totally friendly and professional service. Was impressed with the clear explanation of the plan of the project stages. Consultations were detailed, knowledgeable and informative. During the planning stage appointments were arranged promptly and conveniently which I very much appreciated. The supporting literature and IT portal to allow me to track the project were excellent. I could review any plans and documents related to the project with ease at any time. Communication was always responsive. During the build stage I was kept informed of progress. Change requests were dealt with quickly, efficiently and managed well. Highly recommended.
