I came in with a broken machine I had inherited from my grandmother. The gentleman went above and beyond to help me, fix the problem and re-time the machine all in a matter of minutes. He really went above and beyond my expectations and I was incredibly happy when I left. A family run business that really cares and goes the extra mile. Thank you!

Over the moon with the service. I took my husqvarna embroidery machine in for repair and service. They had to order a new part that took quite a while, but kept me updated. Its best to park in the multi story carpark near by and just a few minutes walk. Would definitely use again

Today I was charged an unbelievable price for a bobbin case. Ridiculous! Unfortunately I had to pay this super inflated price for a bobbin case since it was something that I needed with a certain urgency. It's really bad to take advantage of customers during this difficult times.

I visited Croydons Singer shop when my 50 year old Singer sewing machine needed replacing. I didnt want anything too complicated and Ann patiently explained the merits of various models in the shop and let me use the machines there to find the most suitable one. There was no pressure to buy more expensive models and I thought the customer service was exceptionally good. The new machine was delivered soon afterwards at no extra cost. I know I can go back to the shop at any time if I need further help.
