        My 8months old and myself, been waiting for a follow up birth test and to date, despite complaining in writing nothing! What on hearth are you paid by the tax payers (including myself) to do? Chat and write reports all day?

        As someone who is petrified of needles and all forms of blood tests. I feel at the age of 35 I've managed this fear more then ever with the help of one particular nurse at this practice. Nurse Kamala has been comforting and patient and today I have not cried. I hope this can help someone with the same fear to perhaps be brave. She was an angel and incredibly kind.

        My experience was excellent. My nurse Kamala was kind, Professional and when I had my blood test I was impressed That for the first time it did not hurt. I was always told Nurses Could not do blood tests it had to be done by a phlebotomist.
