I dont know about any other Ann summers store but omg! The unwelcoming stance and atmosphere by the the two staffs in the store is crazy! No smiles , only 1 of the staffs managed a greeting . Have only come in to pick up an order and actually wanted to browse around to potentially get 1/2 things but with that nasty attitude absolutely not! . The store is not busy at all so I dont think having staffs with such unwelcoming attitude and service like that will be good for profits!

My experience was absolutely lovely the staff made me feel so welcome especially (Tracy & Sophie) they both helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I was so impressed with how tidy and organised the shop floor was as I've visited other (ann summers) stores in the past and not found the same level of care and attention I'm very happy with my purchases. i will be highly recommending this brunch to my friends/family members
