        First of all Id like to thank the staff at this branch, for being approachable, caring and understanding. I needed assistance with an urgent query and guidance in order to seek further aid and was met by the most professional members of staff, I have seen in a while! Its nice to know a few of us are still around and care about the work we do. Hats off to the team it took a second for you to appreciate me as a customer in your store and left me we a great smile and comfort .         Don't bother calling just a waste of time called twice. First time they said they were busy call back in 5 minutes, second time just put the phone on the desk and you can hear everyone in the background chatting.
