Been helped out by Mark Carter to collect my motability car today. He has helped me set up everything and made it a very easy process. Also answered all my questions over the phone in the run up to collecting my car which has helped a great deal.

Worst customer service and car sale experience only concerned about money in the till. They DO NOT CARE about the customer or the car itself. They do not follow-up on customer contact when calling several times within the first 2 weeks of the car sold. To raise concern or confirm repair as promised. False information provided regarding repair on the car. Will not be using this branch at all. Stay away from Croydon branch. I would advise to go to another branch. Disappointed at Vauxhall who have appointed managers and sales adivsor that do not know what they are doing, apart from giving attention to their sale and how much money they can make from the customer. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
