Completely disgusted and outraged at this point. I have brought 3 wooden combs and 2 wooden brushes (of with the handles to the combs have broken off). I have on more than one occasion been given the wrong item (to inly find iut ince i was home). As i use the products i never usually say anything. On this occasion i have. As me having the wrong product interrupted my hair routine (they have been informed i have a medical condition with me hair so maintenance is mandatory). I have emailed. I got a response they called me after 2 weeks and 3 days after asking for my number. I spoke with a you g girl and layed the facts out str8. This has happened multiple times I am only raising now They took a very long time to call me I have used the item they fave me instead (medical /hair upkeep) I still am desperately in need of the other one. For the consistent inconvenience i wanted to know what the company would do to support me as a customer. Its been another 2 weeks (10+ days) and i have had NO CALL BACK despite them saying they understand the frustration Its embarrassing to have communications be so poor. If this business has grown, but it seems there is money thought or care once u purchase even if youve donenit for years and have brought them many customers. I will never purchase again and i am referring every single woman to The Natural Hair Whisper!!!! Very good! Very good results!! Very good follow up communication IF NECESSARY. NOTE - i am not happy about this message. Im upset i have to write it and place it and move on to a place my money is valued. I wont very hard. I wont except this

I bought the leave in conditioner on a whim at Westfield Stratford. Its the best leave in I have ever used. It leaves my hair soft and the smell is amazing! Will definitely be getting more products
