There seems to be a very high turn over of staff, some have seemed disinterested but the management of this store must take the blame for the lacklustre leadership .
There seems to v little attention to detail, I have often received the wrong or incomplete orders.
As others have said, click and collect is not used in this store as its always short staffed and customers are regularly heard calling for people in the background to help on the tills.
I have vowed several times never to shop here again, especially when they recently lost an item I ordered 2 days running!
