Awful. Staff are useless. So sad you cant even go to a shop anymore and get help. They just stand there, no customer service at all. They know nothing about the prams! I knew more than what they were telling me! Train your staff! I really dont know how they still have a job. Its as if they dont want to be there?! Got given the wrong pram I went home opened it and it was wrong? Took it back didnt even receive a sorry!! I was late to work just because they gave me the wrong pram. Very upset about this to be honest. I really want to support shops but you may as-well but online less stressful and no rude people.

The store has a great selection of products, however the customer service is just so poor. Its unfortunately my closest store, I am contemplating driving to Westfield next time because every time I have come it takes forever for the staff member to check if the product is available in a different size - the same person thats served me each time always has to get someone to help her on the till, the whole process is painstakingly so slow. For example it took 30 minutes today and just so much faffing around. I was hoping to pop in and check if they had the items I wanted in stock and if not to order it. Wasnt expecting that to take anymore than 10/15 mins. Edited to add: I was told the plain white sleepsuits are no longer available in size 9-12 months, apparently it skips that size and does the others (6-9 and 12-18). I questioned this and the person bought out another staff member and they both told me they were looking at the website and putting the codes in and 9-12 month is discontinued Ive just randomly checked today a few days later and its there online, in stock and have to pay for delivery when it wouldve been included with my first order
