        Unfortunately we are stuck with only Simply Lunch options in the office canteen. Picked up a salmon and cream cheese sandwich today only to find a bunch of egg mayo jammed in the back of the package. Clearly someone put the wrong sandwich in and then switched them out, leaving loads of the other filling behind by accident. This is a dangerous health violation, as there are now allergens (egg) in the sandwich that are not meant to be there and not labelled. Very lazy and unprofessional from a food supplier. I hope health inspectors go poking around and force them to adhere to some standards.
