        Sad to report this place has gone downhill since the 2023 January refurb. It used to be so efficient before that. But now every time we've been there since, there has been some sort of problem. Wrong orders, missing items, argumentative staff, even needing to go round the drive-through twice because they hadn't been trained how to use the McDonald's app properly.
