        Most effective car wash I have ever used. Display box needs to have clearer lettering and background, not easy to read in normal day light

        To be clear I did not use this businesses services, I called complaining about a driver using their phone on 23/3/23 at around 13:10 in Ceredigion. They were swerving, going 30mph on dead straight 60mph roads and breaking well before entering a roundabout. The level of concentration was awful. I would give 1 star for the driver however the 3 stars alone are for the operator and the driver's manager who were professional and extremely nice. A few bad eggs will never outlast me remembering this level courtesy, respect and understanding from really good people. To the driver, please just pull into a lay-by when taking a call, for your safety and for everyone else's.
