        Whenever Ive used Deans services (the last time being Easter Sunday 2021) he has always been very prompt and professional. He can always diagnose and fix the issues Ive had, whether they are electrical or gas related, mine was a problem with the electrical service head which had burnt out, and has sometimes gone above and beyond to ensure my problem is fixed. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend his services.

        Wanted to charge 3 times as much as we eventually paid for someone else to do the job. When I complained about the price said I must be 'poor'. When I refused to pay anything he stormed out with a part left dangling out. We did pay him 60 later. However, the part he was working on burned out a few days later but he would not refund the money.
