        I have to share my experience about Timpsons, which is next to Sainsburys supermarket. I visited the Timpsons twice, to get a pair of keys and for a long life battery for my citizen watch. Both the times a lady called Tracy attended to my needs. I must say she is a marvellous person. She goes an extra mile for her customers. First she greets the customers with a smile and politely speaks with a soft tone. I had come in for a long life battery for my citizen watch, A young girl who was training had put in a wrong battery in my watch and it never worked. The next day I took my watch to Timpsons and there was this lady Tracy, who apologised and politely said that she will look into it. She then told me she needs to. order one as it was out of stock in the store. She took my number to contact me when the battery arrives. She did call me the same week on Wednesday and asked me to come in with my watch. She solved the issue. She again apologised for the inconvenience caused to me. She should be given the best employee of the year. Thank you Tracy. God bless. Shirley
