Lovely food but customer service and preparing is really bad . Lady needs to be told what to do. They unorganised and unprepared .

Service is very very slow for takeaways. The person that takes your order forgets about it and focuses on other things and the staff either do not communicate with you or are very rude. You are better off going to creams in Purely which has very friendly staff and an overall nice pleasant service.

Ordered 2 cakes and a custard did not come. They claim the pin had been given to me but I hadn't see the driver didn't even bother to call or ring the doorbell wouldn't order from here again
