West Croydon Dental Practice

They are very unprofessional I called I March to register a a a NHS patient in the practise and they also booked me an appointment on the same day I registered I missed the appointment due to an em I neeeded to take care of. I was then told I shoukd call back in a week time to rebook another appointment I called back a week later and I was told that I can't Reebok that the space of full for NHS patient, this is so unfair why give me wrong information and give me false hope.

The service and staff are excellent and very considerate I would advise anyone who is looking to smile again and be confident in there appearance to visit the practice as they are the most efficient dental practice I have used

I am absolutely seething with this practice. Not only did it take them over a year to complete my root canal, but they couldnt see me on the only day off I have in the week because the dentist doing the treatment didn't work on Wednesday! I used at least 2 -3 weeks worth of annual leave just to fit around this practice's unrealistic expectations from their patients and do not met their patients basic needs in return. They made up a cancellation and I missd my first annual check up due to my disability and I am being penalised, meaning they are putting me at a disadvantage for this. As NHS worker, it angers me that there are practices who take advange of patients such as myself. They've blocked me from using their practice as aparently 2 cancellations in a year is a block, how is that acceptable? I am now writing a serious letter of complaint to the various dental boards and NHS england. As a disabled person, I shouldn't be treated like this. Its completely insensitve. DO NOT come to this dentist, if you work for NHS or public sector, or if you are disabled and suffer from anxiety. THEY DO NOT CARE and have left me completely stranded with no warning.

I just had my treatment done by Dr. Preeti Thakur. She was very compassionate, caring and attentive. I did not have any doubt that I am in good professional hands. The staff was very caring and looked after me from A to Z. I would highly recommend this Practice to anyone who is looking for great dental care
